Synopsis: An 18 year old female pedestrian was either standing or crossing 4300 Clairemont Dr when a 54 year old male driving a 2009 Toyota Tundra northbound hit her. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries. She has 2 fractured femurs, a fractured jaw and lacerations on her face and head. There was no alcohol or drugs suspected. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
