The Westlake Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing child: 15yo SHELBY ROWE, White Female, approx 5'09" and 137lbs. She has brown hair and eyes and was last seen wearing a black tank top and "Call of Duty" camo pajama pants. She has a pierced nose and ears. Last seen: in the area of Clark Parkway/Creekside on 1/21/17 at approx. 12:11AM. She has no phone and is on medications which she has not taken. Please check your yards/out buildings as she may still be in the neighborhood.If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate SHELBY ROWE, please call 911 or contact the police at 871-3311
