He is wanted on suspicion of robbing a coffee shop in Vista. It happened on January 14th at the Skybound Coffee + Dessert Lounge in the 1600 block of South Melrose Drive around 6:30 p.m.
The suspect was seen pacing around the coffee shop to check for other customers. When he saw the place was empty, he approached the barista and asked for a cup of water. As the barista handed the water, the suspect pulled out a knife. He threatened the barista demanding cash from the register. The employee complied and was not hurt. The suspect then ran out of the coffee shop.
The man tried to cover his face with a scarf, but you might recognize his clothing, demeanor or the way he walks in the surveillance video.
