...BITTER COLD TEMPERATURES WITH DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS EXPECTED ACROSS WESTERN AND CENTRAL WYOMING TONIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING... .ARCTIC AIR WITH BITTER COLD TEMPERATURES AND WIND WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS EXPECTED ACROSS WESTERN AND CENTRAL WYOMING TONIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING. ...WIND CHILL WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM MST FRIDAY... THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RIVERTON HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM MST FRIDAY.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...-30 TO -45.

* IMPACTS...WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES WILL PROVIDE AN EXTREME THREAT TO PEOPLE FOR HYPOTHERMIA AND FROSTBITE WITH EVEN SHORT UNPROTECTED EXPOSURE OUTDOORS.

* AFFECTED AREAS: JACKSON HOLE

Instructions:

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
