Moorestown Police responded to a burglar alarm at Rite-Aid Drug Store. 121 W. Main St. at 1:52am on 1/4/17. Officers arrived to find that the store had been burglarized by breaking the glass in a rear door. Cigarettes valued over $300 were taken, the theft captured on in store video. Officers maintained patrols in the area and at approx. 5:45am, Corporal Jeff Pascual observed a subject matching the description of the burglar on Main St. in front of the CVS. The subject, Lawrence D. Dunn, of the 100 block Aspen Ct., Evesham, NJ age 32 was arrested and charged with Burglary & Theft along with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The stolen cigarettes were recovered in Dunn's possession. Dunn was lodged at Burlington County Jail.
