Davis Police Make Arrest for Multiple Incidents of Indecent Exposure 
Beginning in November 2016, the Davis Police Department received multiple reports of a man driving through the downtown area of Davis exposing himself while masturbating in his car. On some occasions, the suspect pulled up to female victims and masturbated in front of them. The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 24 years old, 6'2" tall, 155 lbs., brown hair, green eyes and sometimes unshaven. Victims and witnesses described the suspect’s vehicle as a 2003 light colored Chrysler Voyager Van.
On January 2, 2017, Investigative leads led to the arrest of 24 year old Darren Dockter from Sacramento. Dockter was lodged at the Yolo County Jail following his arrest. Information developed during the investigation suggests that 15 to 20 similar incidents occurred in the Davis area. There are likely additional unidentified victims in the Davis community. A photograph of the vehicle police believe Dockter was driving when he committed these acts is attached.
