Missing Juvenile: LOCATED Dwayne Tribbett, 16 y/o male. Tank you for your assistance 
The missing juvenile has been located and safely returned to his family. Thank you for all of your assistance.
On January 1, 2017 at 1:36am Officers received the report of a missing and endangered juvenile male. The missing juvenile’s mother advised investigating officers her son, Dwayne Tribbett did not return home at the designated time of 12:15am and did not initially answer calls made to his cellular telephone. At approximately 2:30am contact was made by Dwayne to his mother via telephone. He indicated he was walking in an extremely dark area and did not know his whereabouts. Family members reported he sounded possibly intoxicated. GPS reporting suggests the cellular phone was last within a 1400 meter radius of Cooper Foley Road and Wakefield Road in Winslow Twp.
