December 23rd
Stolen Vehicle Recovery – Cocaine possession - Eastshore Blvd. / Potrero Ave:
At 0824 hours, an officer located a 2006 Mercedes reported as stolen to the Oakland Police Department. The driver of the vehicle, a 31 year old Oakland man was taken into custody. He was also wanted on two felony warrants. He was arrested, booked and transported to the County Jail in Martinez. A passenger, a 40 year old Richmond woman was found to be in possession of base cocaine and a pipe. She was arrested, booked and released on a citation.
Auto Burglary - 6060 Central Ave:
At 1442 hours, an officer responded to the report of an auto burglary. A review of the parking lot video revealed that at 1407 hours, a male wearing a black jacket, beanie cap and light color pants, smashed the window of a vehicle and took property. The suspect got into a newer model beige Kia Optima with yellow dealer plates and dealer sticker with the right front window and fled the scene.
Stolen Vehicle – 8400 Block of Terrace Dr:
At 1541 hours, an officer responded to the report of a stolen vehicle. An unknown suspect stole a green 1995 Honda Civic in between 1300-1540 hours.
Robbery – 1700 Block of Liberty Street:
At 1930 hours, an officer reported the victim was walking southbound on Liberty Street near Hill Street, towards her residence, when she was approached by S1. S1 stuck an unknown object into her stomach, demanded property, and threatened to kill her. V gave S1 her wallet and her bag. S1 fled on foot with S2, who was standing as a look out, on Hill Street.
S1 was described as a black male adult, 20 years of age, light complexion, 6’00, 170 lbs, wearing baby blue quilted hooded jacket, and dark pants.
S2 a black male adult wearing a lighter colored sweatshirt.
Warrant Arrest – Moeser Lane / Seaview Drive:
At 2228 hours, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested an adult white male for an outstanding ECPD warrant. He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility.
Stolen Vehicle – 8100 block of Terrace Drive:
At 2112 hours, an officer responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. An unknown suspect stole a green 4 door Honda Civic.
Warrant Arrest – San Pablo Ave / Macdonald Ave:
At 0045 hours, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested a white female adult for an outstanding Contra Costa County Warrant. She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility.
December 24th
Stolen Vehicle – 5500 block of Zara Ave:
At 0829 hours, an officer responded to the report of an auto theft. An unidentified suspect stole a white 1996 Toyota Previa mini-van between 2230 and 0730 hours.
Resisting an Officer - 1751 Eastshore Blvd:
At 1119 hours, an officer contacted a 60 year old transient man who was rummaging around behind the old OSH building. The subject then became combative and shoved a shopping cart into the officer and refused to give his name. He was also found in possession of a crack pipe. He was booked and cited.
Public Intoxication – 10650 San Pablo Ave:
At 1931 hours an officer arrested an adult male for public intoxication as several businesses called and reported him for bothering several customers. He was directly transported to Martinez Detention Facility.
Battery – 000 block of Dylans Way
At 1944 hours, officers responded to a report of an unknown disturbance. Upon arrival it was determined a 60 year old female was pushed to the ground by her daughters 28 year old boyfriend. The daughter and boyfriend left the residence prior to police arrival.
December 25th
Residential Burglary- 7000 block of Cutting Blvd:
At 1025 hours, an officer responded to the report of a residential burglary. An unidentified suspect entered the residence through what appears to be an unsecured front door. Once inside they conducted a messy ransack, removing Persian rugs, jewelry and electronics.
Stolen Motorcycle: 11740 San Pablo Avenue:
At 1333 hours, an officer responded to the report of a stolen motorcycle. Sometime over the last month, an unidentified suspect stole a canary yellow 2006 YZF sport motorcycle.
