The Burr Ridge Police Department is investigating an attempted residential burglary that occurred at 3:15 PM this date on 79th street east of Madison. The Offender's vehicle is described as a dirty grey mini van. Make, model, & license are unknown. The vehicle fled eastbound 79th street toward County Line Road. Please call 9-1-1 immediately if you see a vehicle matching said description.
