* At 1212 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the Cedar Fire burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Kern River Basin. The area has experienced 2.5 inches of rain in the past 6 hours. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wofford Heights, Riverkern and Kernville.
