Parking area designated for use by compact cars only in the Chappaqua Train Lot. 
The Town Board of the Town of New Castle has amended Town Code sections 123-32 and 123-35 to provide for a parking area for use by compact cars only and have changed the limit of the wheel base for a "compact car" from 101 inches to 107 inches.
Signs have been posted designating the compact car only parking area. This area is depicted in the attached map.
A list of eligible and ineligible "compact cars” is also attached.
Enforcement of the compact car only parking area will begin January 01, 2017
