Traffic signals at Moraga Road and Rheem Blvd have been repaired and traffic is back to normal. 
The damaged signal has been removed and a temporary signal installed at the northwest corner of Moraga Road and Rheem Blvd. The traffic signals are now operating normally. Thank you for your patience and safe driving.
