Please be advised due to the on-going winter weather event the City of Howell is declaring a "Snow Emergency" starting at 9:00 pm, Saturday, December 10, 2016 through 4:00 pm, Monday, December 12, 2016. During the emergency all vehicles must be removed from the street to allow public works personnel to perform winter maintenance in a safe and efficient manner. Vehicles that are not removed will be towed at the owner's expense. Please monitor the City website, access channel and local media for updates.
