Assault Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) A Boaz man has been arrested in connection to an assault, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Blake Aaron Kidd, 28, of Boaz, was arrested and charged with one count of first degree assault, which is a felony,” investigator VaShaunda Ragland said.
Kidd allegedly assaulted a 22 year-old male stabbing the victim with a metal yard stake. The victim sustained several injuries to his head and shoulder.
Kidd was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $5,000 bond.
