A probable cause conference is set for December 2, 2016, at 9:00am and the preliminary exam is scheduled for December 9, 2016, at 9:00am.
Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad stated “We are grateful that citizens took the initiative to contact the police upon recognizing the suspect from photographs circulated by the media.  The information provided by our citizens allowed us to quickly identify and apprehend the suspect.  The police and community partnership is the most important element in maintaining a safe community and we continue to encourage the public to notify the police when they observe suspicious activity.”
