Robbery Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) An Attalla man has been arrested and charged in connection to a recent robbery, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Justin Blake McCulley, 31, of Attalla, was arrested and is charged with one count of first degree robbery, which is a felony,” investigator Adam Chapman said.
Armed with a gun, McCulley allegedly walked into a residence on U.S. Highway 278, Attalla, in an attempt to take some money. Three individuals were inside the house when the home invasion occurred; one victim was injured during a fight with the suspect.
McCulley fled the scene before deputies arrived. He was identified, by the victims, through a photo lineup.
McCulley is being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
