11/03 - 1:00 a.m. - Police received a call for an intoxicated male subject at the Circle K, in the first block of West Washington Ave. The responding officer found a subject, under the age of 21, to be intoxicated. Jacob D. Kreher, 19 of Millstadt, was charged with Unlawful Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor.
