Be on the lookout for a missing person out of East County. Todd Randolph Perkins was last seen around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, November 14th.
His caretaker says he may have walked away from his home in the 9600 block of Dorsal Drive in Lakeside. He suffers from a medical condition that causes him to limp.
He has told his caretaker in the past that he would like to return to his old address in the 7100 block of Broadway in Lemon Grove.
Perkins does not drive. There is no description of his clothing, but he has green-colored tattoos on both his arms. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Perkins weighs approximately 130 pounds and is about 5'6" tall.
