11/08 – 12:45 a.m. - Police responded to a domestic battery on South Monroe Street. The altercation involved a male and female who reside together. The male was arrested and taken to the county jail. The St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office charged the suspect, Christopher S. Harvey, age 28 of Millstadt, with two counts of Domestic Battery – Physical Contact. His bond was set at $5,000.
