San Leandro Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: James Gamen, 88 yrs, 5'11, 175 lbs, white male, white hair/hazel eyes. Subject was last seen this morning at 1030 am leaving his home in San Leandro. The subject is reported to have dementia and was in route to a doctor appointment in Hayward. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate James Gamen, please call 911 or contact the police.
