Help the ECPD identify a vandalism suspect 
On 11/02/16, the ECPD responded to the report of a vandalism in the 10000 block of San Pablo Ave. The suspect was captured on video spray painting across a door. Additional graffiti was discovered nearby. The suspect appears to be wearing a beanie style cap, hooded jacket and carrying a large backpack.
