Black Meadow Road will be closed at the railroad crossing from Wednesday, November 9th through Saturday, November 12th. The closure will accommodate railroad crossing rehabilitation by the Middletown & NJ Railroad. The closure will only affect the crossing. The rest of the road will be accessible from each end up to the crossing.
