<p>HARRIS COUNTY, TX &ndash; On Tuesday, November 01, 2016, Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman and personnel of the HCSO Child Abuse unit will address the arresting and charging of two men for the aggravated sexual assault of a 15 year old female.</p>

<p>Sheriff Hickman will address the incident and the subsequent investigation at a press conference on Tuesday.</p>
