Holland Township Women Pleads Guilty to Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Other Charges http://bit.ly/2ejGISk

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced that Nikki M. Roll, of Holland Township, NJ, has pled guilty to Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a second degree crime, and Witness Tampering, a third degree crime. Ms. Roll also pled guilty to Obstructing Justice and two counts of Child Abuse, all fourth degree crimes.

According to Prosecutor Kearns, “Ms. Roll was arrested in July 2014 after a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Holland Township Police Department. In October 2014 a Hunterdon County Grand Jury handed down a six count indictment against the defendant. Ms. Roll’s trial began on October 25, 2016. During the course of the trial, Ms. Roll consulted with her attorney and decided to enter the guilty pleas to the specified charges.”

The State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor John Burke, III and Assistant Prosecutor Kelly Daniels, the defendant was represented by Edward J. Hesketh, Esq. Sentencing for Ms. Roll is scheduled for January 13, 2017.
