Los Altos Police are responding to a report of an interrupted residential burglary on the (1000) block of Covington Road.
A Police search is currently underway. Residents in the area are asked to please stay indoors, as a Police K-9 will also be searching the area.
The suspect is described as a black male adult in his mid-twenties around 5’8 to 5’10 tall. He is reportedly wearing all dark clothing and possibly a scarf.
We will provide an update when more information is available.
