The City will be testing the snow emergency flashing lights at various intersections on Thurs. 11/3 and Fri. 11/4. 
In preparation for the upcoming winter, the City will be testing the snow emergency flashing lights at various intersections throughout the City on Thursday November 3rd and Friday November 4th. Please be advised if you see the blue lights flashing on these days, it is a test.
