<p>In August, WCPD posted video of two females who&nbsp;were stealing wallets from&nbsp;customers at various downtown restaurants.&nbsp; WCPD needed assistance on&nbsp;identifying the two.&nbsp; As a result of that posting, several sources called and the two have been positively identified as:</p>

<p>Crystal Pratt, 32 year old black female, 507, medium build, out of Oakland.</p>

<p>Eva Coleman, 47 year old black female, 507, heavyset, out of Fairfield or Oxnard, CA.</p>

<p>In the course of the follow up investigation, it was determined a fourth incident occurred in Walnut Creek as well as other similar type crimes involving both suspects in other Contra Costa jurisdictions, Alameda County and Santa Clara County.</p>

<p>WCPD has obtained arrest warrants for both subjects.&nbsp; Pratt has a $285,000.00 arrest warrant for 6 counts of burglary, 3 counts of identity theft, and 4 counts of credit card fraud.&nbsp; Coleman has a $195,000.00 arrest warrant for 4 counts of burglary, 2 counts of identity theft and 3 counts of credit card fraud.</p>

<p>Investigators have not been able to locate either suspect.&nbsp; A probation search on Pratt&rsquo;s residence in Oakland earlier this month, resulted in additional stolen property being located (credit cards stolen from restaurants) that will likely result in future criminal charges.&nbsp;</p>
