<p>The Montgomery Police Department invites you to our 3rd annual <strong>FREE</strong> family friendly Halloween Safety Event. Costumes are encouraged, lots of fun will be had, and treats will be plentiful. Be ready to laugh and have a great time.</p>

<p>Costume contests will take place at 11am, 12pm, 1 pm, and 2 pm. </p>
