Project Lifesaver of Wood County will be conducting a search training
<p>“Project Lifesaver of Wood County will be conducting a search training today from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Nekoosa Area. Unmarked vehicle, plane and helicopter maybe in the area. Local rescuers will be walking around searching for a signal using Project Lifesaver antennae. Please be aware that they are out and possibly on the roadways. There will be multiple people in the same vehicle. If you have an questions, please contact the Wood County Communications Center.</p>

<p>Project Lifesaver is a rescue program for people affected by cognitive disabilities; including Down’s Syndrome, Autism, Alzheimer’s and Dementia, to name a few.</p>
