Village Halloween Parade October 15, 2016. Route 9D from Elm St to Spring St in the Village will be Closed @10:50am 
<p>Village of Wappingers Halloween Parade and Mesier Park Festival will be held on October 15, 2016 from 11am-4pm. Route 9D from Elm Street to Spring Street will be closed at 10:50am for approximately an hour for the parade. Side streets off of 9D along parade route will be closed during that time. Heavy traffic expected please take alternate route.</p>
