Phragmites Spraying
Phragmites along the Macomb Orchard Trail in Shelby and Washington Townships will be treated on Tuesday, October 4, 2016. The trail will be closed while the spraying occurs. Signs will be posted to mark the closed section of the trail. As the spray dries and access is permitted, the signs will be removed. This project was funded in part with funds from the Michigan Invasive Species Grant Program through the Departments of Natural Resources, Environmental Quality, and Agriculture and Rural Development, and in part from the Townships of Shelby and Washington.
