September 23rd

Illegal Dumping - 0 block of Sante Fe Ave:
At 1542 hours, an officer responded to the report of an unknown subject dumping a marine paint into the Cerrito Creek. The ECPD responded and a HAS-MAT response team responded to remove the paint from the creek.

Vandalism - 10000 Block of San Pablo Ave:
At 2244 hours, an officer responded to a report of vandalism to the victim's 2015 Toyota Corolla which was parked in the rear parking lot. The front passenger window was shattered, but there were no signs of rummaging or loss.

Vandalism - 10000 Block of San Pablo Ave:
At 2330 hours, an officer responded to a report a report of vandalism to the victim's 2006 Lexus RX 400 which was parked on San Pablo Avenue. The rear passenger window was shattered but the hole in the glass was too small for anyone to put their hand through.

Residential Burglary - 6600 Block of Hagen Blvd:
At 2356 hours, an officer reported an unknown suspect forced entry through the rear glass sliding the door, shattering it with an unknown tool. There was no property loss.

Auto Burglary - 10000 San Pablo Avenue:
At 0016 hours, an officer reported the victim's 1997 Honda Accord had been burglarized. An unknown suspect shattered the front right passenger window and stole the victim's gym bag.

September 24th

Robbery - 11575 San Pablo Ave:
At 0742 hours, an officer responded to the report of a robbery. The suspect, who was described as a white or Hispanic male, approximately 20 years old, approximately 5'5", 160 lbs.and wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. He yanked the purse off a woman walking in front of Churches Chicken. The suspect ran to an awaiting white truck.

Shoplifting - 11450 San Pablo Ave:
At 1221 hours, an officer responded to the report of a shoplifter in custody. The suspect, a 38 year old San Francisco man was placed under citizen's arrest. He was issued a citation and released.

Stolen Vehicle - 11450 San Pablo Ave:
At 1415 hours, an officer contacted the owner of a 1999 Ford Escort which was stolen from the Safeway lot the day before.

Grand Theft - 670 EC Plaza:
At 1647 hours, an officer responded to the report of a shoplifting that had just occurred at CVS. Two black males and two black females, all approximately 20 years old, grabbed razors and fled the store. They fled in a beige car.

Warrant Arrest - Schmidt Lane/Kearney Street:
At 1820 hours, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested an adult male from Livermore for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of San Jose. He was transported to MDF.

Auto Burglary - San Pablo Ave/Potrero Ave:
At 2226 hours, an officer reported an auto burglary that occurred in a parking lot. The suspect shattered the rear windshield and the right rear window to gain entry. The suspect stole two luggage bags.

Warrant Arrest - Creekside Park:
At 0316, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested a adult male from Richmond for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Albany. The man was released with a citation.

September 25th

Auto Burglary - 7100 block of C Street:
An officer reported an auto burglary. An unidentified suspect shattered a car window and took cash and miscellaneous property.

Warrant Arrest, Possession of Narcotics, and Drug Paraphernalia - San Pablo Ave/Knott Ave:
At 0231 hours, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested a female adult from Richmond for an outstanding felony warrant. She was also in possession of methamphetamine and a glass pipe. She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility.

September 26th

Missing Person - 6500 block of Gladys St:
At 0944 hours, an officer responded to the report of a missing early stage dementia patient. The adult male went to a Doctor's appointment he didn't have at Oakland Kaiser. His social worker realized he was missing when she came to check on him.The male was later located and returned to his residence.

Grand Theft - San Pablo Ave / Cutting Blvd:
At 1956 hours, an officer reported the theft of miscellaneous cosmetic items. Three black male adults, all approximately 25 years old, grabbed cosmetic items and left the store.

Vandalism - San Pablo Ave / Cutting Blvd:
At 2059 hours, an officer reported an adult female broke the drive-thru window of a restaurant during an argument.

Auto Burglary - Central Ave / San Pablo Ave:
At 2208 hours, an officer reported an auto burglary. The suspect shattered the right rear window to gain entry. The suspect stole a purse and other personal items.
