Halloween Safety Reading w/Simon the Safety Bloodhound - Encinitas 
When Simon the Sheriff's Safety Bloodhound isn't on duty with the Sheriff's Search and Rescue (SAR) Unit, he's teaching kids what to do in case they get lost.
Now, he wants to show them how to stay safe on Halloween.
