Full Notification

At approximately 1 PM, a 16-year-old female victim was walking home from school.  As the victim was walking in the area of E. 19th Street and Cherry Avenue an Asian male, between 20 - 30 years old, driving a gray four door sedan with paper plates, pulled along side her.  The suspect asked the victim for directions and the victim continued to walk away; ignoring the suspect.  The suspect exited his car, he approached the victim.  The suspect reached out to grab the victim by her arm.  The victim immediately reacted and pushed the suspect away from her and fled toward home.  The suspect fled southbound on Cherry Avenue
