September 16th

Warrant Arrest - 11565 San Pablo Ave:
At 1121 hours, an officer checked a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle's occupant, a 28 year old Oakland man had two warrants. He was also found in possession of suspected methamphetamine. He was arrested, booked and transported to the Contra Costa County Detention Facility.

Residential Burglary - 1300 block of Arlington Blvd:
At 1436 hours, officers responded to a residential alarm and located a shattered kitchen window. Officers searched the residence, but did not locate anyone inside. The suspect(s) stole MacBook Pro laptop.

Prowling - 700 block of Gelston Pl:
At 1405 hours, officers responded to the report of three suspects ringing doorbell and then going into the backyard of the residence. The three subjects fled in a white Ford Escort with a black top and Hanlees paper plates. The suspects were described as two black males in their 20's, one wearing a white hat and black pants; and a Hispanic male in his 20's. Officers circulated the area, but were unable to locate them.

DUI - San Pablo Ave. / Santa Cruz Ave.:
At 0100 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested a 22 year old female from Oakland for DUI. She was booked at the ECPD and then released on a citation.

September 17th

Missing Person (Located) - 200 Ashbury Ave:
At 0858 hours, an officer responded to the report of an outside assist welfare check for the San Luis Obispo PD.  He located a 77 years old subject who was reported as missing.

Shoplifting - 2000 EC Plaza:
At 1642 hours, an officer responded to the report of a shoplifter at Ross. A 25 year old Oakland male was located at the EC Plaza BART station. He was placed under citizen's arrest, booked and issued a citation.

Warrant (X2), Possess Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia, Possess Deadly Weapon - Central Ave / Santa Clara Ave:
At 2149 hours, an officer contacted a 32 year old man from Berkeley and arrested him on two Contra Costa County warrants. He was found to in possession of a collapsible baton, methamphetamines, and a glass pipe during a search incident to arrest. He was booked at the ECPD, cited on the new charges, and transported to Martinez Detention Facility on the warrants.

DUI - San Pablo Ave / Barrett Ave:
At 2323 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the 26 year old female driver from Richmond for DUI. She was booked at the ECPD and then released on a citation.

September 18th

Assault - 5900 block of Fern St:
At 1204 hours, officers responded to the report of a subject physically fighting with two other subjects. The subject, a 25 year old El Cerrito man was arrested after he battered two other subjects. He was booked and transported to the Contra Costa County Detention Facility.

Outside Assist - 12000 San Pablo Ave:
At 1312 hours, an officer located a missing, elderly dementia patient who left San Pablo Vale Care Center in his wheelchair. The San Pablo Police Department responded and arranged for transportation back to the center.

Stolen Vehicle - San Pablo Ave / Cutting Blvd:
At 1854 hours, an officer conducted a records check on an occupied 1989 Nissan Sentra which was reported stolen to San Francisco PD on 9/18/16. The Nissan pulled into the parking lot at 11720 San Pablo Ave. The 36 year old male driver from San Francisco was arrested booked at the ECPD, and then transported to MDF.

Warrant - 11800 block San Pablo Ave:
At 0258 hours, an officer responded to McDonalds after a man called dispatch from the pay phone rambling incoherently. He arrived on scene and contacted 47 year old man from San Francisco who was wanted on a no cite San Francisco warrant. He was arrested, booked at the ECPD, and then transported to Martinez Detention Facility.
