Atlanta New Earth Festival -September 24 and 25. Expect Heavy Traffic and Large Crowds In And Around Town of Atlanta 
The annual Atlanta New Earth Festival is this weekend, September 24-25, bringing with it a number of street closures in the Town of Atlanta. With hundreds of vendors and tens of thousands of visitors expected, heavy traffic in the area is normal. Sheriff deputies will be on hand to assist with traffic, parking, and security throughout the weekend.
Streets will be affected beginning on Friday with festival setup and most streets in Atlanta will be closed during the day on Saturday and Sunday. Also expect heavy traffic on State Road 19 throughout the weekend.
