The parents of Connor Liang reported him missing to the Arcadia Police Department on 09/19/16 shortly after midnight. The missing juvenile was last seen on 9/18/16 at approximately 6:30 AM. He called his parents at about 7 PM and told them he was going to dinner with friends, however he has not returned. At the time of the call, Connor told his parents that his cell phone battery was almost dead.
The missing juvenile is described as follows: Connor Liang, 15 years oldd, Male, Asian, 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt.
