<p><span><span>A&nbsp;reminder that this weekend is the Art and Wine Festival in downtown Lafayette.&nbsp;&nbsp; Beginning at 6pm on Friday,&nbsp;Mt. Diablo Boulevard will be closed at Dewing Avenue for eastbound traffic.&nbsp; Southbound Oak Hill Road will also be closed to all traffic at Mount Diablo Boulevard.&nbsp;&nbsp; Moraga-bound traffic is advised to use an alternate route this evening due to set-up traffic and congestion.&nbsp; The closures will remain in place until midnight on Sunday, 9/18/16.&nbsp; The Art and Wine Festival begins at 10 am on both Saturday and Sunday.&nbsp; Extra parking is available at BART with a Free Shuttle.</span></span></p>
