Someone out there knows him. He is wanted on suspicion of breaking into a car and using stolen credit cards.
On September 4th, a woman told deputies her purse was stolen from her car which parked in her driveway in the 2400 block of Oxford Avenue in Encinitas. Her purse contained a wallet with credit cards, a checkbook, ID cards and other items.
The suspect was seen in surveillance video trying to use one of the stolen credit cards at a Walmart in San Marcos, but was declined. A charge with another credit card went through at a Shell station.
Using a stolen credit card is a felony. That's why Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information that leads to a felony arrest. Call the anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477.
The Sheriff's Department is reminding the public to always keep their cars locked to avoid becoming the victim of a crime. Watch our Lock It or Lose It video: https://vimeo.com/158533316.
