<p>9/01 - Police responded to a verbal domestic disturbance, on North Jefferson Avenue. The disturbance was between a male & female, who were at a relatives home. The male subject was no longer on scene. After an investigation it was determined there was no crime committed. The officer referred the female to a counselor. </p>
