(Harris County, TX) The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Robbery division investigators have arrested and charged three men with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon stemming from a home invasion in west Harris County.

On, Wednesday, September 7, 2016 district 4 patrol deputies responded to a 911 call at a residence in the 6400 block of Founding drive around 10:20 pm.

The caller stated that three men wearing ski masks and armed with guns pretending to be Police Officers, demanding guns and money from the homeowner.

The resident exchanged gunfire with the suspects.

Deputies arrived as the suspects were still shooting at the homeowner, the suspects fled the front of the home where deputies ordered them to drop their weapons and surrender.

One suspect pointed a weapon and fired at deputies.

Two deputies fearing for their lives and of the residents discharged their weapons striking all three suspects.

One suspect was transported by life-flight and two by ground.

Investigators have charged:

Demon Conwell Jones (DOB 06/04/92) 2 counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Joseph Mayorga (DOB 08/06/98) 2 counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Steve Johnson (DOB 05/25/86) 2 counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
