<p>On Saturday September 10th, the Village of Monroe will be hosting the 20th annual Cheese Festival from 10am-5pm. Expect traffic delays as the following roads will be closed:</p>
<p>Millpond Parkway</p>
<p>Lake Street</p>
<p>Carpenter Place</p>
<p>Stage Road from Smithfield Court to Lake Street</p>
