Covina Forward Development informational meeting to be held on 9-10-16 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. 
<p>On Saturday September 10, 2016 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, officials from Foothill Transit, the City of Covina and the Covina Police Department will share information regarding the Covina Forward Development that is being proposed on the former Kmart site located on the N/E corner of Citrus Avenue and Covina Boulevard. The meeting will be held in the parking lot of the Hindu Temple, located at 177 E.
