The Sun Prairie Police Department has identified a person of interest in this shooting investigation. There is an active Probation warrant for Ebher E. Ruiz 11/16/1991.Ruiz is described as a male Hispanic, 5'11", 200 lbs, brown eyes, black hair. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Sun Prairie Police (608-837-7336) or 9-1-1.
The black BMW vehicle has been located.
