<p><strong>Subject: Death Investigation </strong></p>

<p>On September 2, 2016 Sun Prairie EMS and Police responded to the 1200 block of Sunfield Street for a 35-year-old male with a laceration to his arm. Sun Prairie Emergency Medical Personnel administered life-saving efforts and subsequently transported the patient to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.</p>

<p>This incident was an isolated incident involving domestic partners. All involved parties have been identified and contacted. The involved parties are cooperating with law-enforcement at this time. The incident remains under investigation.</p>

<p>The initial investigation indicates that the laceration to the arm was caused from a broken glass table. The Sun Prairie Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident, to include interviews and evidence analysis. There continues to be no threat to the public.</p>
