<p>There will be no refuse or recycling collection on Monday, September 5, 2016 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. </p>
<p>Residents whose collection day falls on the holiday should place their items for pickup on the following day; all other residents should put their items out on their normal collection day but may experience delays of up to 24 hours.</p>
