As Tropical Depression 9 heads toward Florida through the Gulf of Mexico, the City of New Port Richey continues to have our our sandbag station open until 8PM tonight, to help City residents prepare for the potential for heavy rain.

* 6420 Pine Hill Road, Port Richey

This location is self-serve, residents must bring own shovel, and must show proof of residency when retrieving bags and sand.

Pasco County, Dade City & City of Port Richey are also opening sandbags for residents at the following locations, which are open daily from 7AM-8PM:

* West Pasco Government Center, 7536 State Street, New Port Richey
* C-Barn, 30908 Warder Road, San Antonio
* Veterans Memorial Park, 14333 Hicks Road, Hudson
* Mitchell Park, 4825 Little Road, New Port Richey
* Land O’ Lakes Rec Center, 3032 Collier Pkwy, Land O’ Lakes
* Fire Station, 6907 Dairy Road, Zephyrhills

City Residents Only the following locations:

* 38042 Pasco Ave. Dade City (Self Serve)
* Port Richey City Hall, 6333 Ridge Road, Port Richey (self-serve)
