More Coffee & Cocoa with the Cops Events Scheduled for September 
With the successful turnout and feedback received from the initial Coffee & Cocoa with the Cops series, a new set of the popular community events has been scheduled starting September 9, 2016.
Police Chief Steve Simpkins said he was very pleased to have the opportunity to meet with residents in a stress-free environment.
“We have enjoyed getting to know our residents in this casual, friendly environment,” Simpkins said. “Continuing to build on the police/community partnership is very important to us. Please come see us at one of the upcoming events!”
The next round of Coffee & Cocoa with the Cops are set for:
Sept 9, 2016 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Christy’s Donuts on Diablo Road
Sept 14, 2016 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Starbucks at the Rose Garden
Sept 20, 2016 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Peet’s Coffee & Teas on Railroad Ave.
Sept 22, 2016 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Yogurt Shack on Hartz Avenue
