#LASD Cerritos Station Detectives Asking for Public’s Help Identifying Sexual Assault Suspect @CERLASD

Cerritos Sheriff’s Station detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a sexual assault suspect. This incident occurred on Thursday, August 18, 2016, at approximately 11:35 a.m., in the area of Carmenita Road and Artesia Boulevard, Cerritos.

The victim told deputies that a male adult suspect approached her from behind while he rode a bicycle and grabbed her buttocks. The suspect continued riding his bicycle southbound and out of view.

The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 20-25 years-old, 5’05’’– 6’00’’, 140–170 pounds, with medium length curly or wavy brown hair, and riding a black 10speed type mountain bike.

The victim is a female Hispanic 41 years-old, and a resident of Cerritos.

This is the second reported incident in a one week period.
