The Signal Hill Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Jose Alfred Nolasco, 31YOA, Male Hispanic, 5'10", 200lbs, black hair, brown eyes, and has acne scars. Last seen: 8/12/16 at 1200 hours in the 2100 block of 19th Street in Signal Hill. He was wearing blue jeans and a short sleeve gray shirt with white stripes. He drives a 1994 Gray SUV. Nolasco suffers from schizophrenia and takes medication daily. He frequents San Pedro/Florence area and sleeps inside his vehicle.
